These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place through it. By buying from us you accept them. We may update them from time to time, and the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

Orders and pricing

An order is confirmed once we have accepted it and taken payment. Until then we may decline or cancel it, for example if the item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot verify the delivery address. Prices shown include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees: once a parcel is handed to the courier its progress is in their hands, though we will help you trace anything that goes astray.

Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you. For other returns, write to us and we will tell you how to send the item back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Using the product safely

The Mud Mask is a cosmetic product for external use on skin. It is not a medicine and makes no claim to treat any medical condition. Patch-test before first use, keep the mask away from the eye area, and stop using it if your skin reacts. If you have a diagnosed skin condition or are under a dermatologist's care, ask them before adding anything new to your routine.

Content on this site

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Belvra. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Reviews and comments submitted by customers remain theirs; by posting them you allow us to display them on the site.

Liability

We stand behind our product and these terms. What we cannot accept responsibility for is loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen, or that arises from using the product against the directions on the pack. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions can be sent through the contact details on this site and a person will answer.
